Every Christmas Story Ever Told – Auditions

Why tell one holiday story when you can tell all of them? In this playful, slightly off-the-rails celebration, a cast of 3–6 actors takes audiences on a whirlwind journey through every Christmas story ever told — weaving together Dickens’ classic, carols from every corner of the globe, beloved traditions, ancient icons, and even pop-culture touchstones. It’s a madcap, musical romp through the holiday season that’s equal parts heart and hilarity.

Audition Information
Come ready to share your spirit of fun and imagination! During auditions, you will be asked to:

• Read from short script selections (provided in advance and at auditions)
• Sing a Christmas carol — no need for an angelic voice, just bring the joy of a caroler
• Play with Christmas toys in a bit of theatrical improvisation

Attached below, and additional copies will be available at auditions.

Rehearsals: 3-4 a week from 6:30pm. – 9:30pm. (Subject to change), Work Calls on Saturdays from 9am. – 1pm.

Show Dates: December 4th-7th & 10th-14th

For those unable to make the audition date, please submit a video audition by October 3rd to boxoffice@wacocivictheatre.com, include readings from the scripts and a few bars from a carol.
