DESCRIPTION:Young Festival Stage: Androcles and the Lion – Performances\nYoung Festival Stage is proud to present our 2025 musical: Androcles and the Lion. This timeless tale of courage\, kindness\, and unlikely friendship has leapt from the page to the stage in a joyful musical full of heart\, humor\, and song. \nThis summer\, we’re bringing this classic to life at Baylor University’s Mabee Theatre—a perfect adventure for the young and the young at heart. Androcles and the Lion runs July 3-14\, 2025.  \nSensory Friendly performance on July 12 at 2pm.  \nThis Sensory Friendly Performance includes: \n  \n\nHouse lights dimmed but not completely off\, allowing audience members to see their surroundings at all times.\nReduced sound levels.\nA “Quiet Room” is available for children/patrons who need a break.\nTablets and smartphones will be permitted to help non-verbal audience members communicate.\nA parent “tip sheet\,” a social story\, and a synopsis for our sensory-friendly performance so that patrons\, children\, and caregivers can have as much information as possible in advance of attending the show.\n\n  \nASL-interpreted performance on July 14 at 6:30pm.  \nTickets available for purchase through the Baylor Theatre Box Office!\nTo purchase online visit the Baylor Theatre Box Office Website https://baylortheatre.evenue.net/ \nTo purchase over the phone\, call (254) 710-1865. \nInterested in a Group Sale?
